Kerrytown Concert House can be rented for performances, student recitals, teacher studio recitals, receptions, weddings, parties, business meetings and more! The concert house has a beautiful model "C" Hamburg Steinway grand piano. Rental prices are based on the type of event and day of week. We book up fast - so call soon to book your event 734-769-2999! All rentals require a non-refundable check at the time of booking to secure your date.
Public and Private Performances (see below for prices)
Public performances are included on the KCH website, in the KCH Newsletter and in PR materials. Ticket reservations are taken at KCH by phone and over the internet for all public performances. Tickets are paid for with cash or check at the door, we do not accept credit card. Kerrytown Concert House provides a staff member to work the cash box at your event. KCH also has state-of-the-art recording equipment. You can record your concert to CD for an additional $60.
Sunday (recommended start time 4 pm): $250
Monday - Thursday (recommended start time 8 pm): $250
Friday (recommended start time 8 pm): $350
Saturday (recommended start time 8 pm): $450
Receptions/Parties/Weddings: $500
Receptions, parties and weddings can be scheduled any time during the week. Kerrytown Concert House can accommodate 100 people for ceremonies and strolling receptions and 45 for sit-down receptions. A discount is available for non-profit organizations. Please call for more information, 734-769-2999.
Student Recitals: $175
Student recitals are scheduled Monday through Thursday in the evening or Saturday and Sunday in the morning and afternoon. Recitals include a 2 & 1/2 hour block of time for set up, recital and clean up and a 1 & 1/2 hour block of time for rehearsal scheduled in the week prior to your recital. Receptions are welcome post concert, however we ask that you clean up after your reception. Additional time costs $30 per half-hour. KCH also has state-of-the-art recording equipment. You can record your recital to CD for an additional $60.
Teacher Studio Recitals: $120
Teacher studio recitals are scheduled Monday through Thursday in the evening or Saturday and Sunday in the morning and afternoon. Recitals include a 2 hour block of time for set up, recital and clean up. Receptions are welcome post concert, however we ask that you clean up after your reception. Business Meetings/Studio Classes: $50 per hour
