Pianist Kathryn Goodson returns to Kerrytown Concert House for another Winter Solstice musical celebration – this time with flutist Amy Porter. The duo has created a program of gently glowing melodies for the darkest night of the year from such composers as Yoshimatsu, Ellen Rowe, Brahms, Gaubert, Schubert and more. Mezzo soprano Monica Swartout-Bebow will join the duo to augment the evening with familiar seasonal carols. Don’t miss what is sure to be a beautiful evening of music on a cold winter’s night.
