Troubleshooting
HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CONNECTION?
- Connection issues are somewhat normal with live streams! The quality of the feed varies for a multitude of reasons – from the speed of the artist’s internet to how many other live streams are happening at the time.
- Try refreshing the page or restarting the stream if your feed freezes or is choppy. If this doesn’t fix the problem, it is most likely an issue beyond our control, in which case we humbly ask for your patience as we wait for it to resolve itself!
- Not all internet browsers are created equal – Google Chrome is the best browser to use for an uninterrupted stream and Safari is the most problematic.
KEEP IN MIND…
- Just like in-person concerts, online concerts don’t always start on time! If you’re not seeing the video, don’t worry! Just try refreshing the page a few times or come back in 5 minutes.
- Not all concerts are live! For artists that don’t have the capability to stream, or for larger groups that can’t risk gathering together during these times, we are excited to offer a pre-recorded performance or recording from one of their past shows instead.
