Spellbound: An Evening Where Opera Weaves Its Spell with the Detroit Opera Resident Artists

This Halloween, step behind the mask and into a world of intrigue, disguise, and enchantment with the Detroit Opera Resident Artists at Kerrytown Concert House! The human voice will cast its most potent charms in this operatic masquerade. From the glittering Jewel Song of Gounod’s Faust to the moonlit magic of Dvořák’s Rusalka, from Offenbach’s seductive Barcarolle to the fiery passions of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, and the champagne sparkle of Strauss’s Die Fledermaus, this program brings together opera’s most beloved arias, duets, trios, and ensembles. Don’t miss your chance to experience the spellbinding power of the voice in its most elemental form with this program of opera – up close and personal at the House!
